We provide interventions focused on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, which combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness practices to help individuals better manage their emotions. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, help individuals process traumatic memories and reduce the emotional distress associated with them. Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), shows the strong relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. And teaches clients how to implement healthy thought patterns as a way to regulate their emotions, reduce anxious thought spiraling, and improve self-compassion. Clients at Light & Hope Counseling set mental health goals for themselves and receive encouragement and support from their experienced therapist, reaching those goals and healing from their trauma.

At Light & Hope Counseling, we are in-network with some insurance providers. If you do not have one of the listed health insurances, our fees range from $85-$170 per session. We also provide a sliding scale if needed. We will submit claims on your behalf directly to your insurance company.
