Practice Information

At Nourished Minds, we offer compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based counseling to adolescents, adults, and families. We provide a safe, affirming, and inclusive therapeutic space for clients struggling with a wide range of mental health disorders which include anxiety disorders, eating disorders, trauma, OCD, and depression. Our licensed and experienced therapists specialize in treatment modalities which include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and internal family systems (IFS). Our approach is strength based, and we value each client's individuality, unique needs and backgrounds. We work through a collaborative, social justice and trauma lens as we create treatment plans to address the unique needs of the clients we serve.

At Nourished Minds, we pride ourselves on our multi-disciplinary approach to treatment. We have a psychiatric nurse practitioner on staff who provides medication evaluations and medication management to our clients, as well as to clients outside of our practice. In addition, we partner with a number of professionals in the community to offer comprehensive wrap around services to our clients.

We work with clients across the spectrum of gender identity and sexual orientation. We have several therapists who identify as queer, and have a specific interest in working with individuals who are navigating their experience and expression of gender and sexuality.
