I'm a licensed clinical mental health counselor and OCD specialist committed to helping clients reach their full potential and find their voice. I work with adults, young adults, teens, and adolescents who are seeking support with their anxiety, OCD, and depression, among other mental health concerns. I pride myself on being warm, calm, and laid-back to help clients feel at ease and encourage curiosity in the therapeutic process.
I'm trained in exposure response prevention (ERP), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and expressive arts therapy. These methods help clients learn about the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and actions, and how to make values-based decisions to improve emotional resilience and live a fulfilling life. My therapeutic approach is rooted in mindfulness principles. I earned my Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University in 2014. Since then, I have worked with a variety of clientele in settings such as Boston Children’s Hospital (Inpatient Psychiatry), Mountain Valley Treatment Center, Colby-Sawyer College, and in private practice.
I'm committed to maintaining a diverse, equitable, and inclusive practice for people who identify as LGBTQIA+ and people of the global majority. Currently, I only offer remote therapy sessions.
I do not accept insurance at this time. My fee is $150 for a 50-minute session. I can provide superbills for you to submit to insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. I encourage you to check with your carrier first to see if this is something they will honor.
I offer a fully online therapy practice using HIPAA compliant software. I'm licensed in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine.
I specialize in treating anxiety, OCD, and depression. I also focus on stress management, life transitions, young adult/college mental health, and adolescent mental health.
I have extensive knowledge and experience treating OCD and anxiety using exposure response prevention (ERP), considered the gold standard treatment model for these disorders. I also aim to incorporate creativity by offering an expressive arts therapy model in-session and through out-of-session homework when appropriate and desired.
