Practice Information

Eileen O'Neil, LCSW PMH-C is the owner of Renew Therapy. She uses her own lived experience as a mother of three, along with her Perinatal Mental Health Certification, to help those struggling to adjust to life postpartum. She also works with many adults dealing with major life changes such as transition from college to adulthood, a career change, dating, parenting struggles, grief & loss, phase of life transitions, aging and generalized anxiety. She uses her collective professional experiences, expertise in a variety of evidence-based therapy interventions & her authentic self to provide a modern, relatable approach to therapy.

She is currently undergoing training in EMDR, an evidenced based trauma treatment. Eileen is excited to bring these enhanced skills to her clients and help them re-process events from their past that may be holding them back from meeting their therapy goals. She will soon be an EMDR certified clinician and hopes to help make EMDR more accessible to those in the area!
