Thomas Dolan is a registered Family Nurse Practitioner in Providence, Rhode Island with over 10 years of experience in mental health treatment and medication management. He works with young to older adults who have experienced depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, sleep disorders, ADHD, OCD and PTSD.

His approach to treatment is non-judgmental, holistic, collaborative, patient-centered and evidence based. It is constructed from the life experiences of the patient, the emotions they are feeling, their relationships with others, medications they may have taken in the past, and medical and psychiatric history.

He has extensive experience treating and managing acute and chronic mental illness with the use of psychopharmacotherapy. Previously he worked as a psychiatric community mental health nurse before becoming a nurse practitioner. His undergraduate and graduate nursing school training was at the University of Rhode Island.

His office is located close to Wayland Square in Providence, Rhode Island. He is available for in person visits or telehealth sessions Mondays through Fridays from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.
