Message to clients

Hello! Seeking mental health treatment can be a daunting and confusing process. I'm glad that you're here and I aim to help you feel supported and understood during this process.

As a Harvard trained psychiatrist I pride myself on staying up to date with the most impactful, evidence based research in order to deliver the highest quality care. My goal is to help you eliminate symptoms, minimize medications (if relevant), and live a happy and fulfilling life. My treatment approach incorporates the most effective elements of both traditional psychiatry and complementary/alternative medicine.

For those seeking medication management, additional therapeutic work can greatly accelerate the healing process. I use a psychodynamic therapeutic approach focusing on and working through problematic patterns in a person's life that may be hindering their personal goals.

Currently, I am accepting new patients for both medication management and therapy. I am also happy to coordinate with your existing therapist or other members of your treatment team.
