Message to clients

I approach each of my clients as a person, rather than a clinical case. I believe that the human mind is immensely complex, and so are each person's life and life circumstances. Furthermore, battling mental illness can often be incredibly challenging, akin to battling cancer. For this reason, my initial consultation visits are highly comprehensive so that I can get to know each person in a meaningful way. This then allows me to design treatments which are individualized and multifaceted, and which can provide quick relief.

I use a compassionate and collaborative approach in order to establish a secure and supportive environment that encourages open discussion and trust. I enjoy building strong treatment relationships with my clients, and I also value honesty and constructive feedback, so that I can learn how to best help each of my clients.

In addition to the latest knowledge of mediations, I also have extensive experience in psychotherapy and I regularly see clients for combined medication & psychotherapy treatment - particularly adult clients and couples/families. This unique treatment modality, while not as common nowadays, is highly effective and provides optimal results for clients whose illness is tightly linked to their childhood and their relationships, and who wish to gain a deep understanding of their inner selves.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you or your loved one would like to speak with me directly.
