Depth Psychotherapy for Relationship Formation, Repair, and Commitment
I provide boutique depth psychotherapy for individuals seeking greater clarity, steadiness, and maturity in love, intimacy, and commitment.
You may be coming in with the midst of betrayal, repeated conflict, emotional distance, divorce, or painful dating patterns that never become satisfying relationships. Maybe you're even successful professionally yet unsettled relationally, unsure why connection, trust, or long-term commitment remain difficult to sustain.
Relationships rarely unravel overnight. Emotional and relational patterns develop over time. They can also be examined, clarified, and restructured.
My role is not to direct you toward staying, leaving, pursuing, or avoiding a relationship. I do not take sides. I help you think clearly, confront distortion, and strengthen the internal steadiness required for a life-giving relationship and psychologically sound decision-making.
This is structured, psychologically rigorous work. We address present distress while examining the deeper relational blueprint that shapes your choices, attachment patterns, beliefs about love and worth, conflict strategies, emotional avoidance, attraction patterns, and the assumptions that organize intimacy and commitment.
In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I offer optional continuity-oriented reflective support between sessions through the Companion system. This tiered and structured reflective process helps you organize emotional experiences in real time, preserve meaningful insights, and maintain continuity of the therapeutic work between sessions, particularly during periods of relational strain, discernment, dating, rupture, repair, or emotional instability.
I maintain a deliberately small, boutique caseload to preserve depth, continuity, and individualized attention. Most clients meet more than once weekly during periods of relational formation or repair, allowing for sustained structural change rather than temporary symptom relief.
Relational Maturity & Commitment Readiness - Marriage requires more than desire. It requires maturity. Readiness begins with the willingness to examine your beliefs about love, attraction, and self-worth. Together we strengthen the capacity needed for durable partnership.
Relationship issues - Relationships rarely unravel overnight. I work with individuals caught in repeated conflict, withdrawal, mistrust, or emotional distance. We examine the structure driving the breakdown and build the steadiness required for a relationship to function long term.
Dating & Commitment Challenges - You may want marriage yet feel trapped in repeated dating cycles. We examine attraction patterns, beliefs about commitment, and the assumptions shaping partner choice so future relationships are built on steadiness, not repetition.
Divorce & separation - When a relationship is ending or on the brink, clarity matters more than urgency. I provide a steady setting to discern what remains viable, what is fractured beyond repair, and how to move forward without impulsive decisions or emotional collapse.
Sexual harassment & assault - Sexual betrayal or assault can disrupt trust, desire, and identity. Our work restores psychological steadiness and rebuilds relational capacity so trauma does not dictate your approach to intimacy, boundaries, or commitment.
Premarital counseling - Providing a useful environment for couples to explore expectations and prepare for the rewards and challenges of marriage
