Message to clients

I can help you change your relationship with your partner, your family, a friend, or yourself! People are often challenged by difficult emotions or challenging relationships. Instead of facing this task head-on, you may distract yourself with unhealthy habits like over-drinking, improper eating, excessive social media or video game playing. While these techniques may help in the moment, they can make the problem worse. If you are avoiding the challenge, you will not find the peace!

Wouldn't it be nice if you could say: "I have relationships that make me happy; I am present in my life and the lives of others; I treat myself with compassion; I have healthy hobbies; I find my work meaningful, and I feel satisfied with my life."

I use a variety of approaches and I will tailor our work to each individual. Techniques include CBT, EFT and family therapy. My specialties include work-life balance, couples counseling and men’s issues, but I am well-versed in helping with anxiety, depression, adjusting to a life change, and other issues. If you are ready to jump in, call or email today!
