Message to clients

The ROAD may seem long and lonely when you walk alone. My mission is to humbly serve as a partner through your journey to a better self.

I understand that adopting a new lifestyle & healthier habits can present challenges and often at times may seem difficult or even scary. I provide a safe environment and my approach is very genuine, direct, and honest. My goal is to assist you with improving your mental health, well-being, developing healthy patterns of thinking and healthier behaviors/coping mechanisms.

In our first session together we will discuss the concerns that brought you to therapy and the challenges you are facing. We will talk about what has and has not been helpful for you in the past and identify some of your strengths and weaknesses. We will work on plan together. You are encouraged to ask questions about therapy and make sure that we are good fit for the journey we will embark on together.

My hope is that therapy will allow you to gain insight to yourself so that you are able to use what you have learned to apply these skills into other parts of your life.
