Message to clients

Chances are if you're here, you're feeling stuck and confused. I get it! How could you not be? You probably don't even know where to start. With so many changes going on each day, how do you even begin to identify how you're feeling? And with so much going on in the world, your problems may seem like not such a big deal. So, who do you share it with? It's all just -- heavy.

In therapy with me, we will address the current symptoms that are currently troubling you most right now, but more importantly, we will dive into how these patterns originated. We’ll explore your past and the behaviors that have been modeled for you and how that has contributed to the way that you navigate life now. We will work to explore your unique patterns, how you fell into them, and how they may be helping or hurting you.

In therapy, I believe that the relationship you and I build is what truly provides the foundation for healing. You want a therapist who understands you and can relate to you, but who also recognizes and challenges the patterns that may be impeding your growth. I can be that person for you. I will make sure that you’re not only seen and heard, but that you receive the tools you need to live a healthier and happier life.

You don’t have to walk this journey alone; you don’t have to do this work alone. We will do it together!
