I specialize in working with moms during pregnancy/postpartum stages & children. In our work together we will focus on the source that is causing distress in your life. We will focus on your needs and create a plan to help you meet your goal/s. I’m here to help you overcome barriers that keep you stuck and get you to a place of joy and fulfillment.

Pregnancy, perinatal, postpartum mental health - Addressing issues specific to women and families during the pregnancy and postpartum period, including postpartum depression and anxiety

Postpartum depression - Coping with persistent feelings of sadness, exhaustion, and/or being overwhelmed after the birth of a child; developing strategies for more positive thought patterns and behaviors.

Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life

Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
