Message to clients

You might be seeking therapy for the first time, or you might be looking for something new because you just haven't been able to think or act your way out of old patterns and persistent suffering. You want to feel safe and trusting of the person you share your stories with, even if it takes time to get there. You feel stuck. It seems as though you're floating through the world separate from everyone else, marked by overwhelming anxiety or a complete absence of feeling.

My hope for you is that you are able to restore the ability to engage with the world vivaciously and/or get rest as needed; That you no longer encounter emotions with fear and dread, but are able to learn from and move through your bodymind's sensational responses to living.

-The rest of my sliding scale slots are in the $115-$175 range.

-While I am able to provide Superbills for potential reimbursement for OOP payments, please note that many insurance companies do not reimburse for Associate level providers, which is my level of license.
