Message to clients

Finding the right psychologist can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming. The most important information that I can provide to help you with your determination is that I will provide a safe and judgement free space for you to explore and process your thoughts and feelings. I will listen and help guide you through whichever goals you set. As my client, you will be encouraged to look at your whole self (eating habits, physical activity, thought processes, and stress levels) as the mind and body are interconnected and many factors can contribute to difficulties with mood, concentration, and fatigue.
