Cailee Tallon Fiume is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Reiki Master trained in Eye Movement Destination and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, working under the supervision of Michael Crouch, LCSW. Cailee offers a psychodynamic, trauma-informed approach to therapy. She is a client-focused clinician, and will work one on one with you to help you get the most out of sessions together— you are not in this alone! Cailee is EMDR trained and primarily works with adults suffering from PTSD, grief, anxiety, depression, OCD, stress, and burn-out. Additionally she provides Reiki sessions, and at-times incorporates energy work into psychotherapy sessions. Sessions are in person and virtual.
Cailee is also the Senior Threat Analyst for the Workplace Violence Prevention and Intervention Program at TD Bank. She holds her Bachelors in Psychology from Fordham University and her Masters in Social Work from Sacred Heart University. Previously, she spent five years at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) working primarily as a Counterterrorism Analyst and as a Peer Clinician providing individual and group therapy within the Employee Assistance Program.
