As a therapist, Caileen brings a compassionate and client-centered approach to healing. With her education and experience, she is equipped to guide individuals through their journey of personal growth and transformation. In her therapeutic approach, she prioritizes creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can freely express themselves. Caileen believes in the power of establishing a strong therapeutic alliance built on trust, empathy, and collaboration and tailors her approach to meet the individual needs and goals of each client.

Caileen believes in utilizing a strength based approach that helps clients gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so they can develop effective coping strategies, channel their inner resilience, and make positive changes in their lives.
