Hello and welcome to Help & Healing Counseling. Thank you for taking the time to find support. Life is a journey full of ups and downs. There are definitely unexpected events in life that take us by surprise. Sometimes the moments feel like a gift or a blessing while other leave us gasping for air and completely overwhelmed. Taking the first step to get connected with a therapist can feel difficult. Help yourself out and take it one step at a time. I want you to remember that sometimes the the hardest things we do in our lives actually turn out to be the most meaningful. Take the time to invest in you, you are worth it!
