Dr. Catherine Ferreira is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist located in Walnut Creek, CA who works with young adults and adults, including couples. She has over 25 years of experience working in the mental health field with clients, many of whom struggled with anxiety, depression, or addiction. Dr. Ferreira specializes in working with those with trauma backgrounds, including those who feel like they don’t know what to do next to take better care of themselves and seek the support of a therapist to help them realign their lives. 

 

Dr. Ferreira draws from her extensive experience as a therapist in each session, bringing her expertise into her conversations with clients. Her style is flexible and welcoming, and she incorporates the latest research into her work. Clients benefit from gaining deeper insight into their inner minds, including exploring their impulses, dreams, and needs through a curious and compassionate perspective.
