Message to clients

I will provide a safe environment for you to explore and understand yourself while helping you to create an insightful narrative for your life. Therapy can provide you a unique opportunity to explore your personal history in a new relationship, to see it in a new way, while you make connections between past and current conflicts and how they influence the way you relate to yourself and to others. Our work together can help you to resolve painful conflicts, enjoy relationships more fully and to experience life more deeply.

I work from a psychodynamic orientation where specific issues are seen more in the context of the whole person. I believe that as we explore ourselves and enhance our abilities to reflect on our lives this leads to changing attitudes and behavior and improves our ability to have healthier relationships.
