I look forward to being able to sit with you and help you find your place of healing, a sense of well being, and connection with others. I believe in the power of the relationship in the therapy itself, and its value in conveying that to healthy and connected relationships in the rest of life. In working through hard stuff like past trauma, or current betrayals, or facing the hard realities of the behaviors you don’t want, its so important to feel safe, and know that you won’t be judged. That’s what you will find in my office. I bring warmth and comfort while at the same time dealing with uncomfortable emotions, and difficulties that need to be resolved.
