Chris is a licensed mental health counselor in located in Bellevue, WA. He specializes in stress/depression/anxiety, men’s issues, and the intersection of mental health and alcohol/chemical dependency issues.

Chris received his MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of Minnesota in 2008 and promptly moved to the Seattle/Bellevue area. He has been providing therapy in community-based, agency, and now private practice settings in the state of Washington for the past 15 years. He uses primarily a strengths-based and person-centered approach in session and works with adults (aged 18+).

Chris is available Thursdays and Fridays for in-person sessions at 1400 112th Ave. SE, Bellevue, WA 98004, and via telehealth on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. He accepts Premera and Cigna insurance as well as out of network plans.
