Message to clients

My career as a therapist began after years of striving for a career in the arts and struggling with some of the issues I now specialize in supporting people with. Because I'm coming to this work after my own experience of being helped by therapy, I hope I can help normalize and de-stigmatize therapy and mental healthcare for you. It's normal to struggle sometimes! It's normal to have issues from childhood even if your parents did their best. It's normal to struggle with relationships or with finding a satisfying career. I hope to support you in giving yourself permission to feel whatever you're feeling without judgment, and deepen your relationship with yourself through our work together.
