We are challenged everyday. Feelings of anxiety and depression are part of being a human being. The great skill is learning how to deal with these uncomfortable emotions. We can control how we think and act, but most people need encouragement, support, and knowledge to do this. As your therapist, I can support and guide you through the process. I can teach you how to accept yourself with all your strengths and weaknesses and help you to identify and achieve your goals.
