Dunya is a licensed Marriage Family Therapist working with adults and couples in private practice. She has been an educator, parent and psychotherapist for over 30 years in total. Dunya offers house call and remote sessions, often using mindfulness though motion (Walk and Talk therapy) when meeting in person.

She holds a specialty in trauma informed care, with emphasis on severe mental health disorders, childhood trauma, assault, and the perceptions, intensity of emotions, realities, confusion, sense of self, fears and the difficulties relating to others that is often associated with these intense experiences. She will help you identify your honest feelings about yourself, your life, the people you care for, and establish new patterns of relating to yourself in order to have the relationships you truly want and deserve.
