Hello and welcome! I strive to create an environment of safety, understanding, empathy, and objectivity where my clients feel comfortable, heard, and supported when exploring their thoughts, emotions, behaviors and experiences. I utilize a holistic model and eclectic approach to treatment that focuses on exploring each part of the client, their life, goals and influence to view them as a whole being. Using that information, I collaborate with my clients to develop a plan for treatment which includes practical tools to assist them in attaining their goals.

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with over fifteen years of experience working with people of a variety of ages and backgrounds. I have been described as a down to earth therapist who is honest and transparent. I believe humor and loving kindness are key factors in the process of self exploration and healing.
