Erica is a Licensed Master Social Worker in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Illinois, and Massachusetts! She received both her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and her Master in Social Work from The Catholic University of America. Erica has experience with emerging adults and adults within outpatient settings. She has worked with individuals living with depression, anxiety, school-related difficulties, life transition challenges, grief/loss, disordered eating, and severe mental illness.

Erica has always had a passion for helping others and in turn works from a person-centered perspective. It is essential to her to always account for every client having their own unique experiences, strengths, and challenges. She works to engage numerous modalities of practice including, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
