Frank Centonze, MA, LPC-S is dedicated to creating a safe space where you can dive into communication hurdles, social anxiety, depression, addiction cycles, and personal growth. He understands burnout, relationship styles, anger and compassion fatigue. Mood stability is much needed in our modern world as are communication skills. His aim is to guide you in finding effective ways to manage these multifaceted challenges, working through feelings and realizing there are more emotions in the human experience than just the few basics. Balancing these emotions in healthy ways is important for individuals and couples. Frank has experiences in helping others navigate emotions, heal from trauma and helping others adjust to more serious types of severe forms of mental health realities.
As a result of many years of experiences in multiple venues of counseling, he offers tailored support for a wide range of issues, from relationship struggles to navigating midlife changes and healing from past traumas. He’s here to help you build strength, establish healthier habits, and make positive changes in your life.
