Professional statement

I received my Master of Social Work degree from Simmons College. My objective is to give you the tools you need to overcome obstacles in your life. I have experience with children, families, youth, and adult populations, but I specialize in treatment for depression, grief, trauma, and anxiety.

My experience with diverse populations has enabled me to develop skills to help with crises, and I have had many positive outcomes with children, families, and adults.

I use traditional evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), motivational interviewing, along with mindfulness and meditation. Managing emotions, pain, and trauma does not need to be done alone.
