Message to clients

We all, at times in our life, can experience feelings of stress, sadness, anger, anxiety and become overwhelmed. Stress, when outside of our control, can negatively impact our relationships, our experience at work and confuse our sense of self. Whether coming from life experience, internal struggles or a mix of the wo, it can help to have someone available to help organize feelings, thoughts, and the direction we wish to go

I specialize in working with clients ages fourteen older to navigate through difficulties with emotions, substance abuse, trauma, and life transition. My approach as a clinician is to take the individual strengths, personality, and situation of the person and combine it with the therapy approach that works best for the client.

It is my goal to empower you with the tools and knowledge that you need to navigate your current struggles while also developing the resiliency to face the future challenges that may come your way. By working together, I want to assist you in not only feeling better but in also reaching the life that you deserve
