Professional statement

Jadis will work with her clients to promote life wellness using a cognitive-behavioral approach influenced by solution-focused and strength-based perspectives. With cognitive-behavioral approaches, her clients will learn to challenge and restructure their negative thoughts, incorporate relaxation techniques into their lives, and problem-solve.

Through solution-focused and strength-based perspectives, her clients will learn to use their strengths, re-frame things they see as weaknesses, and create interpersonal resolutions to life's challenges. Together, Jadis and her clients will create a culturally sensitive, judgment-free, and inclusive environment that allows her clients to grow, transform, and heal.

Message to clients

Life can be challenging–it has ups and downs. Together, we can move toward your goals in a judgment-free space that allows you to explore what is best for you. We will honor where you are now, where you will be, and where you have been. I will help you work toward stepping out of your comfort zone using your thoughts and strengths to address life's challenges. But more importantly, I will offer grace as we work toward cultivating wellness, healing, and transformation to create a ripple effect of positivity on your life and those around you.
