I provide encouragement, support and consider the client’s physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. I join with the client to provide a personalized approach incorporating various therapeutic methods, including, EFT, Gottman and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I have special interest and training in the following areas: depression/anxiety, marital/premarital, grief, cancer, family conflict, co-dependency, life transitions and general adult issues.
