Message to clients

In working together, you will receive a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment to unpack your fears, concerns, and worries. I have worked in various settings throughout the years and I've seen a lot; no need to be embarrassed, ashamed, or worried of anything you might share. I'm here with you through it all and will provide you with understanding, reassurance, and encouragement.

My work with a wide range of clients, and my personal struggle with chronic health issues, gives me a special understanding for others with chronic conditions. Many of my clients feel misunderstood and I help create a plan to move forward and reach your goals. With therapy, you should feel understood and safe.
