Jessica Twomey(She/Her/Hers)

Jessica is a licensed clinical social worker, based in south Denver, who works with adults experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues or who are grieving. Jessica integrates humor and her empathetic nature in order to make her clients feel safe and understood in her sessions. She also uses her straight forward communication style and advanced trainings to help clients heal, grow and gain new and better coping skills.

Jessica helps her clients attain their goals by listening, connecting and supporting them. Jessica uses EMDR, sensorimotor psychotherapy, IFS, EFT and CBT primarily, so that her clients reach their goals and make progress. She guides her clients so that they have new insights, a different perspective and ultimately the skills they need to help themselves. You might need someone to help guide you through a difficult life transition that has caused depression, anxiety, and a feeling of being lost or hopeless. Each person has their own unique story. Clients are provided with resources and coping strategies that allow them to build resilience — and the confidence to navigate what life brings them.
