Jill is a licensed mental health counselor, LMHC, who serves all of Rhode Island via virtual video. She has experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, work and/or school related stress. She works primarily with adult individuals.
Jill works by creating space for clients to share their lived experiences and related thoughts and feelings. Tangible strategies are identified for clients to use and practice to get on a path to feeling better. Personal strengths are identified and incorporated to promote growth and healing.
