Professional statement

Joe's goal as a therapist is to help you recognize your strengths, your ability to evolve. Joe would rather you uncover and learn how to use your own strengths rather than feel you are seeing him because he holds all the answers. Your own inner wisdom will provide the best guidance. Joe's approach is to be more of a co-pilot as he works with you to get you where you want to be.

Joe uses EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), AIT (Advanced Integrative Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), genuine curiosity, and genuine empathy.

Joe has experience working with people of all ages.

Message to clients

My message to you is that I believe you can heal.

When it comes to the psyche, the possibilities are endless. Why? Because within the psyche lies the power to change perceptions (how you interpret the world) and perspectives (the lens you see the world through).

It would behoove us to learn to pay better attention to the wisdom in our hearts and that "gut feeling" that inherently just simply knows. When you combine the mind, heart, and inner wisdom - that is give each their equal share of attention - you can heal by making informed choices about your life, rather than have your life being run by only the thoughts your brain throws at you. This is healing at a deeper level.
