Message to clients

I take an empathic, pragmatic approach to therapy and am warm and supportive by nature. Whatever your goals may be—greater peace of mind, reduced anxiety, better personal relationships—I want you to come away from our sessions feeling like you’re getting the support and tools you need to address the challenges in your life.

I work with clients (ages 18+) on a range of issues including Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety, panic, substance use, depression, grief/loss, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I have worked on many of these issues in my own life and know how challenging they can be (and also how rewarding it can be to make progress on them).

I offer sessions by video and in-person in Concord and San Francisco. In addition to psychotherapy, my background includes work and benefits counseling with people with disabilities and advocacy in the areas of disability rights and education.
