My name is Kyle and I'm glad you're here. I have been a psychotherapist for the past 17 years and have successfully guided my clients of all ages through severe anxiety, depression, family conflicts, anger management, trauma, addictive behavior, search for meaning and purpose, PTSD, ADHD, men's issues, LGBTQ-related issues, and various mood disorders. If you want a different kind of experience with someone who is open-minded, accepting, warm, and challenging, I can help. We all have a story that's influenced by everything that has happened in our lives, and we are each in charge of the way that story unfolds. I love to use stories, myths, and visual analogies in my work. Let's work on yours together! My philosophy of counseling is inspired by the work of Carl Jung. We are all here for a reason and can change the world from within. I'd be honored to help you on your journey.
