Professional statement

Julie is a Master's level clinician with an eclectic therapeutic approach. Her extensive coursework in a variety of healing modalities has informed her approach to treating clients. For Julie, creating a trusting and open environment is the first part of great therapy.

Julie is laid back and infuses humor and genuine connection into her therapy style. She strives to create a safe and open space for communication and healing. She also encourages her patients to be open as being open is what will allow someone to heal.

Message to clients

Being open to change is the first step to successful therapy, while acknowledging our needs is the first step to healing. By adding humor and my laid back approach I create a space where everyone feels welcome and comfortable. I hope if we work together you above all feel seen and feel comfortable to be you. I understand life can be... a lot. I really hope therapy provides you with that time slot each week to decompress, reflect, vent, explore and course correct. Whatever YOU need.
