In private practice, she works with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are facing life transitions, school avoidance, school anxiety, general anxiety, and depression.

Currently, Kara is providing telehealth services only.

Message to clients

If you're new to therapy you may have many questions about what happens in therapy. The first stage of therapy is developing a trusting relationship. I will get to know you, your interests, your life and what you would like to get out of participating in therapy. My goal is to help you understand yourself and help you shift from struggles to strength. By listening to you, reflecting and offering an alternative perspective for you tow work through, I hope to help you see your own greatest potential.
