Message to clients

Welcome. It is time for you!

Starting the journey to better self, sometimes, takes years or one passing thought. Either way, focusing on processing past traumas and life’s stressors, will make you your best self. Through understanding and wonder, we will see how our past experiences influence daily thinking. Self esteem, confidence, and our ability to push through are all affected by our thinking.

We will create a safe place, in-person or virtually, where you will be able to find comfort and a judgment free space to vent your concerns, anxieties, and thoughts. Life stressors involving perinatal/postpartum, parenting, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, and more are welcomed to be addressed and treated.

With experience, patience, and a desire to build a strong connection, we can work, together, to identify realistic goals and see progress. I look forward to getting to know you and begin the healing process.
