Message to clients

Welcome!

One of the first things I ask people is where do you feel stuck in your life. I love helping people get clear about what they want to change and maintain.

My approach is active and straightforward, my experience is that people appreciate honest feedback with care and empathy.

Therapy is a unique space where people can uncover, discover and discard that which is not serving them. Decision making pain ? Dating app fatigue? Fear of the future? Social anxiety? These are just a few of the issues I find keep people stuck.

Please contact me if you would like to discuss working together. I look forward to hearing from you.

Aloha!
