LaTasha Martin is a psychotherapist, coach, and educator who helps Black women with a late diagnosis (or exploration of) adult ADHD or autism leverage their natural gifts and talents, and recreate a meaningful life. Her mission is to provide a safe space for neurodivergent/expansive Black women on their journeys to acceptance, self-advocacy, and authenticity in both their personal and work lives.
Her approach is holistic, culturally-conscious, trauma-informed, person-centered, and strength-based. You are treated as a whole person, and therapy is a partnership. You'll engage in somatic and brain-based therapies such EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a goal-oriented approach such as SFBT (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy), coaching, and mindfulness-based techniques as needed to help you on your healing journey.
