Message to clients

Hi, I'm Lily, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who works with adults, adolescents, children, and couples. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem and confidence, and relationship challenges. Having worked with children for over a decade, I bring a unique perspective on the dynamics between children, parents, and siblings of all ages, and how these bonds evolve and shift over time. I work with people from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds and am LGBTQ+ affirming. My goal is to help you understand your relationship to yourself, others, and the world, and make changes aligned with your goals.

I take a collaborative, integrative approach, drawing from ACT, CBT, and psychodynamic therapy to explore the underlying feelings that shape your day-to-day life. I have a particular skill for helping people see things from new perspectives and uncover what they're really looking for that may currently be missing, so you can show up as your most authentic self.

I hold a Master's degree from Fordham University and bring over a decade of experience supporting clients of all ages. I hope you'll come to see your own strengths and use them to grow. If you're ready to take that first step, I'd love to connect and work together toward your goals.
