Message to clients

My name Is Dr Lynne Meyer. My patients call me Dr Lynne. I have a very warm caring relationship with my patients. I feel privileged to be invited into their lives to help them grow and heal.

My professional training is in Psychoanalysis, Trauma and Mindfulness. I work in a hybrid of these 3 modalities. I have been in practice for 30 years. I was trained in South Africa and California where I did my graduate degree.

I am very passionate about therapy and helping people find their real selves and grow and develop into who they want to be and the lives that they want to have.

My hope is always to help clients achieve their goals. I am very compassionate and interactive. I believe that the relationship with the therapist is key to healing.

I use the modalities of in person, phone, FaceTime or zoom. My address will be provided on contact. I look forward to being with you on your journey to wellness.
