Message to clients

I believe in a holistic health approach to healing. Our mental, physical, and theological self create the whole person. Balancing the body and mind through psycho-education, physical healing and strength, proper nutrition and sleep can do wonders for us. I enjoy pushing limits, challenging myself and others, gathering resources, and helping build community for clients.

Serving kids, teens, and young adults. I use a person-centered strengths based approach in counseling practice. Clients are able to utilize their strengths to identify strategies and coping skills to manage their needs, and maximize new coping skills as their human development unfolds. I believe in the importance of establishing a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship, where people feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences as they grow into the best version of themselves.

I use a blend of therapeutic modalities, such as Individual Play therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Mindfulness-based approaches, tailoring interventions to meet each individual's unique needs. My goal is to create a space where clients can freely express themselves and work towards positive change. I look forward to supporting your wellness and healing journey.
