Message to clients

You can’t get moving. Some days just getting out of bed is a victory and too many times you cannot even manage that. You cannot find the motivation to do your work, chores, or even to engage with your favorite hobbies. Your friends are worried about you, yet you fear they really just don’t care.

Reaching out is difficult and scary. You worry you might not be able to get help, or that your therapist just won’t get you. Even finding the energy to send an e-mail can feel overwhelming.

I am here to help you, to be the light in the storm, to help equip you with the psychological tools you need to live your best life. I am in the empowerment business. With our work together I am going to help you learn about how your brain works so that you can work with your brain, rather than against it. You will learn methods of working through feelings of depression, how to take steps forward and to reclaim your life. The journey will not be easy, but I will be there with you every step of the way.
