Hello and welcome. I'm an experienced psychotherapist with a warm and collaborative style. I offer a safe space for introspection, healing, and personal growth. I look forward to hearing from you.
Mona Browne is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor offering remote sessions to individuals in New York. She specializes in depression, anxiety, and relationship issues, as well as parent-child estrangement and parental alienation. Mona also helps clients navigate emotional distress and life transitions including the stress of early adulthood, graduating from college, beginning a new career, or the passage into motherhood and parenting.
Mona often sees female clients in their 20s, 30s and 40s who face difficult interpersonal relationship issues like conflict, breakups, and divorce. Her clients often face overwhelming anxiety and feel pressured about not “having it all” or having an uncertain life plan. Mona helps them to pause, reflect, and put their stressors into perspective to enjoy their present reality, and look forward to the future.
Mona’s approach to psychotherapy is one of collaboration and benevolent curiosity. She enjoys helping clients get to the root of their presenting concerns, leading to space for reflection and ultimately change.
Clients who see Mona will be able to connect with her remotely at an appointment time that fits into their busy schedule. She looks forward to meeting you.
