Message to clients

Pain and healing are expressed in a multitude of ways. In our community and in our world, one can see expressions of pain and searching for meaning in children, young adults, and adults. I believe the beauty of the therapeutic space is that there is safety to explore and own the story that has shaped who you are.

I believe that the tools for healing and change are already within you, we work together to discover and nurture those tools. As a therapist I use an eclectic/integrative approach, working with the client on their identified goals. Carl Jung states, " The shoe that fits one person pinches another, there is not one recipe for living that suits all cases." Perhaps it is finding strength in retelling your story, finding your grounding when things feel chaotic, learning new ways to engage with your peers, or building your self esteem. You matter and your story matters.

My approach to therapy is that it is not a one size fits all. I believe the client's journey reflects their individual needs and journey towards well being.
