Message to clients

Finding a therapist you feel a connection with is key and can be an intimidating process, even for those who have engaged in therapy before. Congratulations on taking this first step!

In my practice, I specialize in assisting clients who may be grappling with depression or trauma stemming from their relationships or family dynamics. Our initial sessions are dedicated to exploring these issues in depth, working together to craft a personalized plan aimed at reclaiming control over your life. It's common for my clients to experience a gradual alleviation of symptoms within the initial month, with ongoing progress and improvement thereafter.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions about my experience and approach and to see if we might be a good fit.
