My style is warm, attuned, and relaxed incorporating research-backed therapeutic modalities that make therapy #feelgood.

My clinical orientation is humanistic with interest in the biological system as it relates to trauma and mental health conditions. I specialize in understanding the connection between the body, stress and dissociation using the lens of psychoneuroimmunology.
